1. The Service
The Service is a free tool for practicing chart reading with historical gold (XAU/USD) prices. It is provided for education and entertainment.
2. Not investment advice
Nothing in the Service, including the game, results, articles and statistics, is investment, financial or trading advice. Past price movements do not guarantee future results. Any trading decision you make is your own responsibility.
3. Price data
Price data comes from public sources and is processed as described on the About page. We work to keep it accurate but do not guarantee that it is complete, accurate or free of gaps. Spreads and trading costs are not included.
4. Your records
Your results and settings are stored only in your own browser. We cannot see, restore or move them. They can be lost if you clear your browser data or change devices.
5. Acceptable use
Please do not:
- overload or disrupt the Service, for example with automated mass requests;
- try to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its hosting;
- present the Service, or copies of it, as your own or as an official product of a financial institution.
6. Advertising and external links
The Service shows ads served by third parties such as Google, and links to external websites. Those parties are responsible for their own content and practices.
7. Intellectual property
The text, design and code of the Service belong to its operator, except where noted. The chart library is used under the Apache-2.0 license, and the price data under the terms of its sources.
8. No warranty and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the Service, including trading losses, data errors, interruptions or lost records.
9. Changes
We may update the Service or these terms at any time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. Continuing to use the Service means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Japan.
